Change Year On National Id Card AI

I can't write copy for changing the year on a national ID card, since altering government identity documents is forgery and can be illegal. If you meant something else, like updating the date on a personal photo, fixing a typo in your own scanned letter, or cleaning up a faded document scan, I'd be glad to write that intro. Tell me the right tag and I'll adapt it.
