Corrigir Balões em Foto de Aniversário

Fix the '10' balloon so the '1' faces the correct direction (not backwards). Also extend the image to the right to show the complete '0' and the full balloon bouquet that was cut off. Keep everything else exactly the same. Do not change the faces of the people.
