In the screenshot, clear the first term prelim to finals balance to blank. For the second term: change the prelim balance to 3,749 and the midterm balance to 2,754. Keep the finals as is. Then update the total balance to correctly sum the second term row: prelim 3,749 + midterm 2,754 + existing finals value. Everything else unchanged.
