Personagem de Anime em Foto

Add Franky (Franky) from One Piece to this photo in an anime/cartoon style. Franky is a large, muscular man with blue hair, sunglasses, a cyborg body with metal arms, a speedo-style swimsuit, and a signature pose. Place him next to the man and the cars, as if he belongs in the scene. The style should be animated/cartoonish to blend with the real photo.
