Replace the text under the number 22-01-D10497-PLEPS with the following: Inscrit à l'INSTITUT NATIONAL DE LA JEUNESSE ET DES SPORTS (INJS) Matricule étudiant : 22-01-D10497-PLEPS Filière : SCIENCES ET TECHNIQUES DES ACTIVITÉS PHYSIQUES ET SPORTIVES (STAPS) Option : ÉDUCATION ET MOTRICITÉ (EM). Replace 'mention passable' with 'Diplômes obtenus : LICENCE-MASTER-CAPEPS'. Keep the rest of the certificate exactly the same including all other text, layout, signatures, stamps and colors.
