Editar Fecha en Documento Médico

Edit the medical document: Change the date on the main paper to 04/09/26. Change the time on the main paper to read '10h30 até 14h'. On the white label/sticker at the bottom, change the date to 04/09/26 and the time to 10h34. Keep everything else exactly the same.
