Morphine 4 mg IV slow push PRN (Pain score > 7) for Acute severe traumatic pain management. Inj. Paracetamol 1,000 mg IV infusion Every 6 hours for Multimodal analgesia baseline. Inj. Pantoprazole 40 mg IV.
