Remove Text from Graphic

Remove all text from 'cacciamo' up to 'popolari' from the graphic. Keep the red-and-black background, the overturned prescription bottle spilling white pills, and any other visual elements intact. Just erase that portion of text cleanly, filling the area with the background color/style.
