葉巻の煙がアニメーションするポートレート

A person with a cigar in their mouth, looking happy. They suck on the cigar for a few seconds, then a continuous stream of smoke streams very fast downwards from both nostrils forming a cloud of smoke. The arms don't move. The head moves slowly. No camera movement, no zoom.
