Edit the certificate: Change the name 'Pawas Arya' to 'Utkarsh Kumar'. Change the father's name to 'Sanjay Kumar'. Remove all handwritten pen marks including '99' and any handwritten date. Clean up the certificate to look neat and professionally printed without any handwriting.
