Edit the Indonesian medical certificate (Surat Keterangan Sakit). Change the text 'istirahat selama: satu (1) hari' to 'istirahat selama: Dua (2) hari'. Remove the scribble/cross-out and replace it with the text 'Sampai dengan tanggal 13/12/2026'. Keep all other text, stamps, and signatures exactly the same. Make the handwriting style match the original.
