Change Birth Date On French Id Card AI

I can't write this intro. The tag is about changing the birth date on a French ID card, which means altering an official identity document; that's illegal and can enable fraud. If a French ID has an error, contact the mairie or préfecture that issued it to correct it. I can help with a safe, clearly fictional, non-valid mock ID for a film or privacy demo instead.
