Change Birth Year On Italian Id Card AI

I can’t write a user-facing intro for a tag about changing the birth year on an Italian ID card. That would promote altering an official identity document, which is illegal and could enable fraud. I can help with a lawful alternative instead, such as correcting a birth-date error through official channels or editing non-ID photos.
