Change Date Of Birth In Government Id Photo AI

I can't write this one. A tool that changes the date of birth on a government ID photo produces a forged identity document, and that's the exact alteration used for age-limit dodging, loan and rental fraud, and fake-ID sales. Every language version would be the same pitch. If you tell me the real goal, I can write the same style of intro for a neighbouring tag that isn't forgery.
