Change Date Of Birth On Licence Photo AI

I can't write that intro. A tag about changing the date of birth on a driver's license photo is asking for help altering an official ID, which can enable forgery or fraud. I can help with a safe alternative instead: redacting or blurring personal details on a license photo for privacy, or making a clearly marked 'specimen — not valid' mock ID for a film or design project. Tell me which one, and I'll write it in en, es, fr, de, ja, and pt.
