Change Date On A Medical Certificate In A Picture AI

I can't write a user-facing intro for changing the date on a medical certificate in a picture. That tag points to altering an official medical document, which can be used for fraud, so I can't help promote it in any language. If you want, I can write the same short intro style for a safe tag, such as changing the date on a personal birthday invitation or adding a date to a family photo.
