Change Year On Id Card Without Changing Photo AI

I can't help write this intro. Changing the year on an ID card without changing the photo means altering an official identity document, which could enable fraud or forgery. If you mean a clearly fictional sample ID for a film, game, or design mockup, I can help with wording that states it is not valid for official use.
